A bit of an update
Yeah I know. I never update here. Well he ya go, nagging fans...
The Marietta Memories post continues to generate comments and contact. If my professional papers got this much read time I'd be THRILLED~but actually I am quite happy that so many people have come back into my life.
Just finished a weekend in the PSICAN booth at the Guild Inn Alive with Culture. We had our usual great time but we had a LOT more people stop by and chat about the paranormal. It's always good to hear people tell thier stories--not only for my own interest but also as input for our database. I welcome anyone who has a personal experience with something they think could be paranormal to contact me at robin@triedit.net
Finished all the tapings of Freak Encounters, have done magazine, radio, newspaper and consultation interviews more than I can count so far in 2010. And Im just heading into what is generally my busy season--September through November. Not only do I teach through that period, but media always wants time around Halloween. Heaven forbid they should do a story in, oh say, JANUARY when I have a litle more time.
Speaking of January (2011) Im probably going to take a bit of a sabbatical from PSICAN. I have a book Ive been putting off getting onto paper, and Im going to miss a good market window if I don't get it done soon. I will still continue limited media appearances and my own casework, but PSICAN is going to have to do without me for a few months. I think they can handle it LOL
Genealogy class starts September 23, so if you are wanting to enroll call or go online to the TDSB Adult Education folks (for my nonlocal readers, that's Toronto District School Board) and get signed up. Ghost class is in November this year so you have a little more time to sign up for that. Not sure yet where we are going. If you have ideas or requests drop me a note.
So...well that's it for now. Been having increased pain (maybe overdoing it a tad...) lately and am moving slowly and thinking through a fog.
Keep in touch!

I hope PSICAN can get along without you. Will you still be blogging at the same pace? I always like to read what you're up to and thinking about. This is my first time commenting though. I guess maybe I'm getting past being a wall flower (or was I a voyeur?). Anyway, put on your running shoes and enjoy the next few months of trying to do it all (and then some).

Talking about Adult education.... I must say that adult education must be kept mandatory and this is really a good thing.
