So the physiotherapist put tape on my knee.

In the car wreck, my knees were pushed forward into the dash and my right knee got a nasty bruise.  Hot and painful to the touch even a week after the wreck.  My new physio doctor has the coolest thing!

She put on some sort of miracle tape.  It comes in a huge roll (at $180 a roll) and you cut it to fit the wound.  She says they use it in the olympics.  I can see why!  She wrapped my bruised knee with this stuff and I have to be honest.  It feels almost 100% in just 24 hours.

The tape is nearly the color of my skin and very flexible.  It doesn't itch, which was a concern since I have so very many allergies.  It doesn't pull.  I hardly know it's there.  Already I can feel no pain when I touch the bruised area.

I'm going to ask her about this stuff when I go back on Monday.  If it is available over the counter I will pass that information along to you.  It's the BEST for bruises!
