Big and Small Business--Here's a great Tool!
If you manage your own business or are in a position to manage someone else's business, there is a tool you need to know about. It's called AIMPromote and is available through crm.
Leads are people and companies who might be interested in purchasing your business or services. This list of potential buyers can be aquired in several ways. People who view your website can fill out a small information survey, you can make cold calls, you can buy lists of potential buyers from a company who gathers them for you, or you can log phone calls and inquiries. These potential customers are called "leads". All businesses need leads because all leads are potential buyers.
CRM software has developed AIMPromote so that you can manage leads without complicated software. It's a reasonably priced package that will help you manage and mine (gather) leads from various sources. Integrated into your website, when a customer fills out the form the lead is automatically put into the database. You can also hand enter lead information into the database. With all the information at your fingertips, you or your sales team has quick access to potential customers. The database is fully customizable and searchable. You can even designate which lead goes to which salesperson or group--and edit this at any time.
One of the best features is an easy to view and understand attention bar. When the lead is new or newly edited, the bar shows green. After a time it moves to yellow or red. Your team will know that the red entries need some attention and they can focus easily on customers that havent been spoken to in awhile, drawing thier attention back to the product or informing them of sales and new products.
AIMPromote is also an excellent tool for reporting sales and other business interests. One of the features allowes reports from all entries or a select group of entries regarding not only profit, but the relative success of each campaign and even return on investment. You can also use the database for mass emails or other marketing tools.
CRM is currently offering AIMPromote as a 14 day free trial so there is absolutely no risk. If you find it works for you, and you probably will, signup is simple and costs about $33 per user with a three user minimum. There is no setup fee for AIMPromote, and they have great training and support at no additional cost. Even if you are new to lead mining, this package will be quite helpful.
Try it free for 14 days. What have you got to lose?

You really make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this topic to be really something which I think I would never understand. It seems too complicated and very broad for me. I am looking forward for your next post, I will try to get the hang of it!
