Last week I travelled through Dayton, Ohio on my way to Louisville, KY.  It was generally a lovely trip, but in rush hour traffic just inside Dayton I got sandwiched between two cars.


Now the guy ahead of my is claiming I pulled into the lane causing the accident.  He had virtually no damage but is claiming $580 worth.  Meanwhile the guy behind me knows his insurance has to pay for MY car.

Nobody was ticketed and nobody was hurt. But my car is in Dayton being fixed.
